Our Community Partnerships:
We are proud to collaborate with the Sowo Group, an education-based program that brings
mental health and life coaching to the classroom through practices like meditation.
Additionally, our close partnership with Shipman’s Pharmacy allows us to engage in community
outreach initiatives focused on holistic health and wellness in Hempstead, Long Island, NY.
Programs and Initiatives:
One of our key initiatives involves participating in mindful meditation programs at schools
across Nassau County, including Turtle Hook Junior High, Uniondale High School, and
Lawrence Road Middle School, in collaboration with the Sowo Group. These programs aim to
provide students with tools and techniques to manage stress and excel academically.
Positive Community Impact:
Through our programs and initiatives, we have witnessed firsthand the positive impact on the
communities we serve. Over 100 students have benefited from our mindful meditation
programs, learning valuable skills to navigate stressful situations and improve their overall well-
being. We are dedicated to continuing our efforts to support mental health and empower
individuals to thrive.
